The MCAH negotiates the CBAs with the three signatory Unions. As an association, it has a unified voice when it comes to Union or Construction/Labor issues.

CBA negotiations for language changes to current and or future 5-year CBAs as the Association can always negotiate for language or work rule changes to the CBA.

Association representation by three MCAH Contractors for any grievance by any of the three Unions. As a member of the MCAH which is a multiple employer association, you will have a platform to effect changes.

Ability to become a trustee on any of the trust funds as the Association is always looking for members willing to serve in the best interests of the participants.
